FOCUS’ site is built and maintained by a custom content management system (CMS). The custom CMS provides an unintimidating, easy-to-use way of updating the site, including the ability to edit and add images and text. To make the custom CMS even more user-friendly, all clients whose site uses a CMS will receive hands-on training.
Another welcome feature for FOCUS’ new site is the ability to securely file a claim online. This streamlines service for clients while empowering FOCUS to further strengthen organizational efficiency.

Finding the nearest FOCUS location is now especially convenient with each location having a dedicated web page, including a custom Google map that provides interactive directions for each location. These interactive maps are fully functional on any device, allowing for convenient on-the-go directions.
