    Microsoft to issue 89,000 Windows Phone 7 to employees

    In a huge marketing campaign for Windows Phone 7, the biggest expense could be the Microsoft plan to issue its 89,000 employees Windows Phone 7 when it launches in a couple of weeks.     PayPal Experiencing Problems

    The popular e-commerce intermediary PayPal has been experiencing outages today. The company blog has confirmed these issues and has updated the posting further, saying the issues have been resolved and the site's API is up and running again. According to PayPal’s Wikipedia page, “PayPal operates in 190 markets, and it manages over 223 million accounts, more than 73 million of them active.
