In a huge marketing campaign for Windows Phone 7, the biggest expense could be the Microsoft plan to issue its 89,000 employees Windows Phone 7 when it launches in a couple of weeks. The popular e-commerce intermediary PayPal has been experiencing outages today. The company blog has confirmed these issues and has updated the posting further, saying the issues have been resolved and the site's API is up and running again. Facebook has launched new groups with new functionality. The roll-out took a little while, as I heard about this new feature a few weeks ago but didn't get it until recently.
