The Project:

University Townhouses offers off-campus housing to Syracuse University students, as well as off-campus housing for other nearby university students and young professionals. University Townhouses needed a more modern website that also appealed to students. Additionally, University Townhouses wanted user-friendly features, such as online forms and a virtual townhouse tour.

The Solution:

ACS Web Design & SEO improved the University Townhouses website, creating more pages to provide more information for potential residents. The more informative site aims to simplify and streamline the purchasing process, making the experience more comfortable for potential residents because they’ll know what to expect on move-in day. In addition to a more informative site that reduces the intimidation that comes with finding a place to live, University Townhouses’ site features a 360 tour of a townhouse. To appeal to students, the site highlighted local attractions and resident life. The site also includes features that improve service for current and potential residents, including the ability to securely pay online, request an appointment, request townhouse maintenance and to apply for a townhouse.
