Knowing we have been in business for 10 years gives us a breath of
knowledge in working in many different industries to allow us to
implement strategies that we have seen work for your company. These
strategies we have learned with hands on experience and have watched
them add value to our clients, not only on initial launch, but also
through the maintaining of them through out the life of the
Advanced Care Solutions, Inc. (ACS) started in 12/1998 as a medical
software company. A custom database was built to handle patient
records and generate reports on patients insurances and what
reimbursement rates that where allowed for each patient.
12/2001 ACS establishes relationship with DreamScape Online, Inc. who
at the time was a major provider of dial-up connections, web hosting
and website development. During this time ACS was able to establish a
strong relationship by having any new clients that came to ACS for
website development would be hosted with DreamScape. ACS then
acquired WalkonWood, Onondaga Cash Register, Riccelli Trucking, and
12/2002 ACS hires 2 full-time employees to manage the new accounts
coming in, as well as, updates to the existing client’s websites.
Customer total around 25 this year. Also, at this point in time
DreamScape made the decision to dissolve their website division and
begins to focus primarily on dial-up connections and web hosting.
12/2003 ACS becomes indexed in search engines and from DreamScape
online dissolving their website development division referred existing
website clients and any new potential clients to ACS. ACS customer
total jumped from 32 clients to 64 clients. This year also marked the
date for ACS to develop its first core database application for
Chelnick Management Services, Inc. This core browser driven web
application controls all data entered by field office located all over
the United States. The web application connects to the USDA’s
database system using the secure connection frame work of S.O.A.P.
12/2004 ACS acquires American College of Clinical Pharmacology (ACCP)
as a new client providing a new design with allowing their members to
renew their membership and sign up for their annual meeting with a
secure e-commerce environment through their website. This was an
excellent launching point for us to become extremely knowledgeable in
providing a secure environment on the web. In the process of this
development we became certified reseller of GeoTrust® which is a
worldwide known provider of Secure Socket Layer Certificates (SSL.).
12/2005 ACS acquires Alliance Bank, N.A. as a new client providing
them a cutting edge intranet system that allows them to manage the
content on every page with needing no programming knowledge. Here was
our first experience in providing classroom support in training
administrators who would be managing the intranet application. Another
new addition to the client base this year was CB Richard Ellis, in
which we built a property management system to allow their sales team
to log in securely through the intranet and created brochures from
properties available. Customer count now at 82 clients for ACS.
12/2006 ACS hires 2 more full-time employees and acquires Fulton
Savings Bank as a new client by implementing our intranet application,
as well as, rebuilding their website. Also in this year ACS
establishes relationship with Beacon Federal Bank in providing check
21 services. ACS acquires Ferris Industries as a client to provide web
application development for tracking leads and building a dealer
locator search system solution.
12/2007 ACS acquires Solvay Bank as a new client with providing their
secure intranet application. ACS also launched check21 project with
Beacon Federal Bank to provide their customer with the ability to view
their checks online and submit cashletters to the federal reserve.
This year ACS also, launched into the multi-media segment of website
development shooting a promotional cd for Riccelli Enterprises to
provide to their potential clients.
12/2008 ACS acquires Nice N’ Easy Grocery Shoppe as a new client and
builds progression report internal database system. ACS acquires Coyne
Textile Services for search engine optimization and to rebuild their
current website with the standards held by w3c.org.
12/2009 ACS hires 1 new employee for a total of 6 full-time
employees and acquires Cooper and Clement as a new client with having
us hired to revise their current shopping cart system and provide a
more efficient search engine optimization strategy.
1/2010 Franciscan Health Support hires ACS to build a custom ecommerce
application for new and existing patients/customers.
