ACS, Inc. is excited to be working with V.I.P. Structures on The Pike Block Project in downtown Syracuse.  Linking the city’s historic architectural past with today’s modern urban lifestyle, Pike Block of Syracuse will be among the most in-demand residential communities in Central New York.  VIP will develop Salina Street’s Chamberlin, Witherill, Wilson and Bond buildings as “Pike Block,” named for Henry Pike, the original developer and builder of the Witherill building.

V.I.P. Structures needed a marketing plan to target and highlight Syracuse, NY.  Our “Celebrate The Art of City Living” campaign, both on and off line, focuses on the target market of young professionals looking to make downtown their home.  We developed a unique look and feel for The Pike Block project utilizing print and design.

The launch of the campaign coincides with the sixth annual Downtown Living Tour.  The Downtown Living Tour is an event that markets the uniqueness and diversity of residential units in downtown Syracuse.
